Housed in a former Victorian pub building, the café takes inspiration from the Museum's focus on the home and is welcoming and homely for all.

Opening hours 

We regret that the café at Museum of the Home will be closed until further notice. You are very welcome to bring a packed lunch with you to enjoy in our lunchroom. You can also take advantage of the plentiful food and drink offers in the local area surrounding the Museum.

If you wish to champion Museum of the Home as we try to plug the income gap this leaves us with, please consider donating when you’re at the Museum, purchasing something from the Museum shop, buying a gift card to spend in the online shop, or by donating online.

We are working on finding a new café provider and will keep you posted on when the café will reopen.
